The UltraFit DS® Dimensionally Stable Fiberglass Spray-on Insulation wall system combines UltraFit DS®, a specially designed fiberglass insulation, with an inorganic water-activated powdered adhesive. This is sprayed into the wall cavity forming a seamless blanket of insulation in sidewalls. Because the system creates a monolithic seal in all the sidewalls, it significantly reduces costly voids and air gaps.
Nearly 50% of all wall cavities in today's homes contain some type of obstruction, such as wiring, pipes or electrical boxes, as well as non-standard framing in width and height. In response to these changes in construction, Guardian Fiberglass developed the UltraFit DS® wall system which conforms to all shapes and sizes of wall cavities and fills in and around all wall obstructions.
